DOMESTIC DELIVERY

What are the shipping costs?

• Orders above SGD$60:
  For purchases that total SGD$60 and above, we provide free delivery by courier or registered mail within Singapore.
  
  
• Orders below SGD$60:
  Delivery for purchases below SGD$60 will be charged a flat fee of S$4.80, regardless of the number of items purchased. Your purchase will be sent by courier or registered mail to ensure that your order arrives safely.

How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed within 24 hours and delivery takes up to 2 working days once the item has been shipped. The item should arrive within 3 working days from ordering it.  Orders that come in on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped on Mondays. We use Singapore Post. Please allow for delays in delivery over public holidays and festive periods.

How can I track my order?
All mail is registered. A tracking number will be provided in the email informing you that your order has been shipped. With the tracking number, you can get the delivery status of your package on the Singapore Post website at www.singpost.com.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Delivery is by registered airmail by Singapore Post. Processing an order takes up to 2 days, including confirmation of payment. Delivery takes between 5 and 15 days from the time the item is shipped. Click here for the Singapore Post Delivery Schedule.

The following table provides the shipping charges. These rates do not include any customs or import duties charged when the parcel reaches its destination. These have to be paid by the customer.
