1. How do I purchase a Gift Voucher?
   
   First, Register With Us.
   Before you purchase a Gift Voucher, you would need to register with us. This will allow you to have a Gift Voucher Account. With this account, you could use the funds to purchase from the store or give a Voucher to a friend as a gift that he/she can use anytime. Just click here to register with us. Once you have registered with us, you can purchase your Gift Voucher.
   
   Next, Buy a Voucher.
   Gift Vouchers can be purchased in the same way as other items are purchased in the store. They are offered at the end of each of the sections, ie, clothing for Girls and Boys, Toys and Home Décor. Once you have placed an order for a Gift Voucher, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. Once your order has been processed and the payment has been received, you will get another email informing you that your Gift Voucher account has been credited with your order and that you can start using the Voucher. Do be prepared for a short time lag between placing your order and the approval of the purchase before it is reflected in your account.
   
   Your Gift Voucher Account will appear in the My Account section after the purchase has been approved.

2. How do I use the Gift Voucher to buy items from Kids Cocoon?
   When your Gift Voucher Account reflects the value of the Gift Voucher that you have purchased, you are ready to use it at the store. At the Check Out stage, when you are asked to select your Payment Option, do remember to click on 'Use Gift Voucher Balance'.
   
   The Gift Voucher works like cash. Thus, if your purchase adds up to less than the value of your Gift Voucher, the balance will remain in your account to be used for future purchases. If your purchase adds up to more than the balance in your Gift Voucher account, you will be required to pay the outstanding amount through Paypal or credit card.
   
   
   
3. How do I send a Gift Voucher to a friend?
   Go to ‘My Account’ found at the top right-hand of every page. Under the section, ‘Gift Voucher’, click on ‘Send Gift Voucher’. You will be required to provide the following:
   
   

   The name of the person you are sending the Gift Voucher to; The email address of the person you are sending the Gift Voucher to;  The amount you want to send (Note that you need not send the full balance in your Gift Voucher Account to one person. You can make several gifts to different persons and still keep some for your own future purchases); An optional short message which will appear in the email that the recipient of the Gift Voucher will receive informing him/her about your gift. It is important that the correct information is provided as an incorrect entry will result in your loss of funds if it goes to the wrong person.

4. I have received a Gift Voucher. How can I use it?
   You would receive a Gift Voucher by email only, and by no other means. To be able to use the Voucher, just click on the link provided in the email. The system will take you through the process which involves registering with us and redeeming the Gift Voucher. You can then view your balance in your Gift Voucher Account which is under ‘My Account’ found on the top-right of every page. Your Gift Voucher is then ready to be used.
